DELIVERY & SHIPPING
It is very important to provide the correct address during checkout. Please reconfirm that you have included your postal code and unit number (if any) correctly.
We shall not be liable for any forms of lost parcels due to incorrect/missing details of address. In this case, no returns or refunds are applicable.
For item(s) that are returned to us due to customer’s negligence, customer will have to pay for full postage fees again for us to ship back the parcel to customer.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
For credit/debit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
For registered accounts in Singapore, we accept PayNow. Do note that payment should be made within 1 hour of purchase. We will release the items should the payment not be received within 1 hour.
Payment can be made by entering our Unique Entity Number (UEN) reflected in the payment page when you check out or open your PayNow app to scan the QR code below.
How long does it take before my order is mailed out?
Nine Wicker Ave. will verify your payment within 24 hours (excluding weekends and PH) after payment has been made. After verification, we will take 1-2 working days to process your order and despatch your order.
Courier will pick up on Tuesdays and Fridays and will deliver within 1-3 working days
How long and how much is shipping?
Shipping will commence only after the lead time stated in the above paragraph.
We have absorbed a fraction of the shipping fees to make it affordable for you.
All items are couriered via Pizy Parcel. Their operation hours are from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 10pm, excluding Public Holidays.
You may track your order here after we have issued your tracking number.
Standard Courier Delivery (10am-10pm, 1-3 working days): SGD 3
Please indicate in the "Cart" Page should you have special delivery instructions i.e. place in riser/shoe cabinet if no one is home
We provide FREE Standard Shipping (1-3 working days) for purchases $100 and above (after any discounts or promotions, if applied).
Our courier team will attempt to arrange for redelivery if the first delivery is unsuccessful.
However, if the delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt. Parcel will be returned back to us. For re-delivery, SGD 7 fee will be chargeable.
We ship internationally via DHL. Please drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org on the items that you would like to purchase and the destination and we will quote you accordingly.
Orders shipped out of Singapore are no longer in our control once it has left Singapore. Customs in respective countries may have different policies which Nine Wicker Ave. has no control over it.
Customer may be required to pay duty taxes in their own country due to individual countries’ rules and regulations. Nine Wicker Ave. is not responsible for it. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
** Should you choose to inform the delivery personnel to leave your parcel unattended upon delivery, we bear NO responsibilities to any lost and/or damages to your item(s).
