RETURNS & REFUND POLICY/ TERMS OF SERVICE
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Nine Wicker Ave. as accurately as possible.
However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will be completely accurate.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
We apologise to inform that all items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We are only able to process 1 for 1 returns and exchanges for the following conditions (at the sole discretion of Nine Wicker Ave.):
- Wrong item sent
- Faulty Products
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
We apologise if your product is sent wrongly/faulty or damaged in transit or customised wrongly. We will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge, inclusive of any postal charges incurred.
Please email email@example.com with your order number and photographs of the product within seven (7) days of receiving the item. No returns/refund will be given after the seven (7) days.
We will get our courier to pick up the wrong/defective item from you.
Product must be mailed back in it's original packaging.
RECEIVING A REFUND
You will only be able to receive a refund in terms of store credit (promo code) should the returned items that are meant for exchange and return are "SOLD OUT" on Nine Wicker Ave. website.
Do note that other than the above mentioned, all items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
